Christine M. Logan, CSSC, MSSC

With 32 years of experience in the personal injury claims industry, and as principal of the first female-owned, independent structured settlement consulting firm in the U.S., Christine has successfully achieved resolution of complex disputes involving products liability, general liability, worker’s compensation, auto liability and medical malpractice exposures in jurisdictions throughout the U.S. and is licensed in all 50 states and Washington, DC.


Committed to serving those who benefit from structured settlements, Christine is an active and proud member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA). Christine serves as Chair of the NSSTA Women's Caucus.  From 2011 to 2014, she served on the Board of Directors and was liaison to the Government Benefits Committee, addressing issues involving the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and Medicaid.  Previously, she was Chair of the NSSTA PAC Board of Directors and of the Legislative and Regulatory Committee. In addition, she has served on the NSSTA’s Innovation Committee and the Education Committee, where she assisted in refining the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) curriculum and Master Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (MSSC) professional designation program at the University of Notre Dame.


Christine received her B.A. in Advertising from the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University in 1991 and earned the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame in 1995.  She was in the inaugural class of the NSSTA master's program (MSSC) at the University of Notre Dame in 2015 making her one of only 38 settlement professionals to hold the designation.


She is a graduate of the Leadership Oakland Cornerstone Program which brings together leaders from corporate, civic, and non-profit organizations throughout the region who delve into issues confronting business leaders - from education, government, and the justice system to health and human services, race, and ethnic diversity.  She was recognized in 2014 as a Leader of Leaders Honoree and is a former Board Member.  She is also an advocate and former Board Member of Lighthouse of Oakland County subsidiary, PATH, committed to providing homeless women and children a safe, nurturing environment in which to live while they are provided time and the necessary training to make the triumphant transformation from poverty to self-sufficiency.

Debra J. Iacovacci

With over 30 years of experience in structured settlement design, placement and processing, as well as her involvement with Medicare compliance matters, Debby oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Logan Settlement Services.  She works directly with claims adjusters and attorneys to support their settlement efforts involving products liability, general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto liability disputes.  She designs structured settlement annuity proposals, reviews case information, and assists clients with the
preparation and finalization of settlement documents.  Debby also coordinates Medicare-related case activity and prepares Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) proposals for Workers’ Compensation claims. She coordinates with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regarding conditional payment claims and/or approval of MSA proposals.  Her goal each day is to ensure the highest level of service for all of Logan's clients.


Debby received her B.A. degree in Business Management from the Detroit College of Business (now Davenport University).  She is a licensed Michigan Life, Accident & Health Insurance Agent and Notary Public.  She is also a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and the NSSTA Women’s Caucus. Debby loves the Great Lakes of Michigan and enjoys them boating with her husband as much as possible. She also enjoys walking and hiking with the dogs, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
